What is Bunkasai?
Bunkasai (文化祭, "Culture Festival") is a special Japanese event that is normally held annually in schools and universities across Japan. The festival aims to celebrate the culture and arts of Japan. It is also intended to enrich people's lives by increasing social interaction.
