Aid for Japan エイドフォージャパン

２０１６年の夏休みに、震災孤児を英国に招待する計画です。７月２７日（水）から８月９日（火）までの１４日間を予定しております。

We will invite orphans of the Tsunami this summer from Japan to U.K.

27^th July (Wed) – 9^th August (Tuesdayday)

対象：震災、津波で両親をなくした１２歳から１８歳。対象学齢のお子様同　士であれば、兄弟での応募も可能です。

The children who lost parents due to the Tsunami from 12 years old to 18 years old. Siblings can apply.

募集人数：３名。応募者多数の場合は、作文と英国との日本語での電話面接で決定します。

We will accept 3 children. If we receive a higher volume of applications than we can accept, we will ask for a written essay and also decide via a telephone interview between Japan and England.

集合：７月２７日　羽田空港近くのホテル（予定）

解散：８月９日　羽田空港（予定）

On 27^th July we will be gathering at the hotel near Haneda airport

On 9^th August we will be holding a farewell at Haneda airport

エイドフォージャパンでの招待内容（参加者ご本人様のみ）

＊自宅から2７日羽田空港近くのホテル（仮）までの交通費

＊２７日のホテルでの宿泊・夕食代

＊２８日～８月９日までのロンドン往復の航空券代、ロンドンでの宿泊・食事代・移動の交通費、施設見学等に係るすべての経費

＊８月９日、羽田空港（仮）から自宅までの交通費

参加者ご本人様のご負担いただく経費

＊ご自宅から東京～ロンドン往復の海外旅行傷害保険代（14日間）

お子様への付き添いについて

集合、解散時の御自宅から羽田空港までのお子様の交通費用は当団体が持ちますが、付き添いの方は御負担願います。

日本支部の代表の『早川すみか』が、２７日と２８日にお子様に付き添います。

１６歳以下の子供は、航空会社の特別なサービスがあり航空会社の社員が羽田空港からヒースローまでの面倒をみてくれます。

英国では、ヒースロー空港で英国代表の『ソロウェイ明美』が待ち、英国滞在中は付き添う予定です。

７月２７日（水）日英６名が、羽田空港近くのホテルに宿泊し、交流。

27^th July (Wed): the Japanese children and the 3 English children will stay in the same hotel near Haneda airport. They will have dinner together.

７月２８日（木）英国人少年３名と、日本人３名がヒースロー空港へ向かって発つ。ヒースロー空港ではソロウェイ明美が車でお迎え。

リッチモンドのホテル泊（ソロウェイの自宅の隣のホテル泊）

28^th July (Thursday): the 3 English children and Japanese children leave Haneda airport to the Heathrow airport . Akemi Solloway will wait for the children at the airport.

They will stay one night at the hotel near Akemi’s house.

２９日（金）４００年前に国王の別荘だった、リッチモンドを散策

２９日夜から３１日（日）３泊ホームステイ

29^th (Friday): Children will take a rest and go through a home stay for 3 nights ( Friday, Sat and Sunday nights). 29^th – 31^st July

８月１日（月）−４日（木）オックスフォード、シェークスピアの誕生地など歴史的に有名な場所を訪問（子供たちの希望も聞く

1^st – 4^th August: (Monday- Thursday)

Travel in England. We will ask for the children’s requests.

５日（金）ロンドンの日本大使館を表敬訪問予定　（未定）

5^th August (Friday): Visit the Japanese Embassy in London

５日の夜から７日まで３泊ホームステイ

5^th – 7th August: Home stay for 3 nights (Friday – Sunday)

８日（月）ヒースロー空港を発つ

8^th (Monday): Leave Heathrow airport

９日（火）羽田空港に着く

9^th August (Tuesday): Arrive in Haneda airport

ホームステイは、できるだけ同年代の子供がいてその子供が日本語を勉強している家庭を選ぶ予定です。場所は、ロンドンを予定しています。
